What achievement are you most proud of at Limelight?

Winning MEPRA New Consultancy of the Year was the culmination of some high-profile account wins and the team’s stand-out work. Their pride in that award was my most proud moment.

Which business leaders do you admire the most?

We have a client, whose CEO has a very open style of management and pays everyone a high degree of respect in this agency, which is returned ten-fold. Couldn’t possibly call him out by name because he is too modest.

I also respect Fadi Ghandour, Founder of Aramex for his understanding on the importance of brand which has ensured an Arab company has succeeded internationally and his ability to continually innovate.

What’s the best lesson you’ve learnt from being in business to date?
